Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled was mistakenly identified or is not infringing, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include the following:

- Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or block access to users who are repeat infringers of copyright laws or our policies.
Good Faith
We process all DMCA claims in good faith and expect the same from those submitting notices. False claims may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
